From dining in the famous Raffles Hotel in Singapore to street culture and tasting exotic fruits such as rambutan on the streets of Malaysia. The Bay of Bengal
Pangasius white fillet fish steamed then cooked in a sauce with fresh garlic, green chillies, basil leaves, mixed peppers and spring onions. Served with rice. 18

Kuala Lumpur Canai
Inspired by Malaysian street food, minced meat, kidney beans, coconut and cashew nuts. Mixed into rice. 16.5

All our beef comes from premium free range Aberdeen Angus Cattle, bred in hand selected farms. All our steaks are up to 28 day dry aged and served with with garlic and herb butter, accompanied with chosen vegetables, steak chips and a choice of sauce.
